These Farm Direct Peruvian beans have been cultivated naturally in the mountains of Peru and stored in the cold, dry climate to sustain their original integrity. The result is a coffee with a much more delicate, incredibly smooth flavor with low acidity and aroma that will impress.

This variety is Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, Catimor, and maintains an Organic certification while using a Swiss Water Process.
